Youth and Young Adults Ministry Leader
The Salvation Army Rockingham is seeking a gifted leader to join our church leadership team as the leader of our Youth and Young Adults Ministry. The primary purpose of the role is to develop and lead a vibrant ministry within the community of Rockingham focussed on achieving the mission of The Salvation Army to youth and young adults in the church and community.
Any candidate applying for this role should be enthusiastic about sharing the love of Jesus without discrimination, experienced in Christian pastoral ministry, able to relate the message of Jesus Christ to youth and young adults, gifted in leadership and able to develop leadership in others.
This position is for 26 hours per week, and while based at The Salvation Army Rockingham (5 Willmott Drive, Cooloongup, WA) it is expected that there will be a high level of networking within the community as our church is committed to an outward focus, particularly to those who are marginalised and vulnerable in line with The Salvation Army’s mission.
