Staff at Parramatta Salvos
We are grateful for a fantastic team of staff at Parramatta Salvos. With the extension of lockdown, some changes have been implemented as it becomes harder for staff to work at home. Selome, our Connect Site Manager has been temporarily stood down - when lock down ends, Selome will resume her role. For now, this temporary measure allows Selome to claim Govt disaster payments as she cannot work from home. Karen, our office manager and Jayne our Youth Pastor are now working reduced hours. We are again grateful that both employees are eligible to receive the Govt. payment for the hours that they have lost, and both will resume their roles in their full capacity after lockdown. This means that some enquires may be answered a little more slowly than usual over the next month, so thank you in advance for your understanding.

We want to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of all our staff, and their flexibly as we navigate this season and attempt to steward our resources wisely. We will continue to keep you updated as changes occur.
Tenancy Update
We are excited to announce that works will commence on the Level 2 Tenancy in the coming month (as restrictions permit). Staff from Eva Burrows College, who will be renting the office space, are hoping to move in in November. We can't wait to have the staff and students of EBC in our building soon!

We have also had some positive 'bites' this week regarding Shops 1 and 2 on the ground level! We will give a formal update as soon as leasing agreements have been confirmed, however, we are excited that there is interest and we ask that you continue to pray for successful leasing of the shops.
Health Concerns
Please continue to pray for Ken Drysdale who has been taken back to hospital this week. We pray for healing and a sense of peace for Ken at this time of uncertainty. We also ask that you keep Margaret Robinson and Gordon Bowie in your prayers as they recover from surgeries this week.
Praying through our Corps Directory
We invite everyone to join us as we pray our way through the Corps Directory. Each week we pray for people with surnames beginning with 3 letters of the alphabet. This week we pray for surnames R-T, and we invite you to be praying for these people in your quiet time this week.
