About their Support

Property Industry Foundation (PIF) has been instrumental in supporting the growth and development of the Oasis Pathways to Employment Program (OPEP); in securing and renovating accommodation in Regent St, Redfern and supporting Oasis through regular donations of clothing.

PIF have been sponsoring the OPEP since 2008 and work with a number of companies within the property and construction industry to provide work experience, internships, scholarships and employment. In 2012 they opened “Property Industry Foundation House” (aka PIF House) in Regent St, a property dedicated to providing young people with medium to long-term accommodation while they are studying or working. In addition, they also organised for the training room at Oasis to be renovated and fitted-out.

About PIF

The Property Industry Foundation (PIF) was established in NSW in 1996, when industry leaders joined forces to help grass-roots charities that provide specialist services for at risk youth. The Melbourne office was started in late 2008; and the Brisbane office opened in May 2013. Since inception, PIF has proven to be very successful as a forum and a philanthropic focal point for people in the property and construction industry to use their skills and resources to help solve the important community problem of youth homelessness.
