David Twivey (Major), Manager - Townsville Recovery Service; Public Relations Officer; Team Leader - Townsville Riverway Recovery Mission. 

David has been a Salvation Army Officer for 28 years.  Half of these years have been spent in management of Drug & Alcohol Recovery Services for the Salvos.  David is married to Beth and they have three adult children.
