Can you even believe we are at Christmas! It has been the longest, yet shortest year ever. This year our theme for Christmas is "Ugly", because basically that is how this year has felt. For many of you this Christmas season may feel ugly also. It might not be what you are use to, and some traditions you value like attending physical church on Christmas day just wont happen.
This Christmas we hope that you will see past the ugliness of 2020 and see the beautiful moments God has created for us to be renewed in our faith and love for our saviour.
This devotional has been put together with writings from different people in our tribe. It is our hope that as we read together the wonderful truths given to our very own people God will remind us that 2020 wasn't all ugly, but rather is was the birthing of something truly beautiful. One renewed tribe, reading to
share about their savour.
Thank you to all those who sent in devotional for us.... We are blessed

Your hand-to-hand combat is not with human beings, but with the highest principalities and authorities operating in rebellion under the heavenly realms. For they are a powerful class of demon-gods and evil spirits that hold this dark world in bondage.
Ephesians 6:12
This is the last series for 2020 before we hit Christmas, and when we look back at the year that was, we have seen God take us on a wonderful journey through His word. As we approach this series we asked ourselves these questions.
We came up with a few thoughts that we want to reflect in this series. Because the truth is we are in a battle, a Spiritual Battle. We believe God has a wonderful plan for us but there is always the enemy wanting to stop us. So we need to know the answers to these questions.
The bodies natural defense system is our immune system. Once we are exposed to something foreign, our body goes to work to produce antibodies against it so that if we get reinfected we have a defense which is ready for that attack and can neutralise it rapidly. God exposes us to things so that we can train to be battle ready when bigger challenges come.
So lets take a look at our DNA
D Don't look at our own understanding - Look to God.
N Neutralise your enemy- Be united with Christ
A Armour Up- We need to wear our Spiritual Armour everyday.
So join us as we delve once again into God's word to discover more of His purpose for our lives.
