SalvoCare Eastern Homelessness and Support Services offer a range of programs to assist people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the Eastern Metropolitan Region. The programs cover the Local Government Areas of Manningham, Boroondara, Whitehorse, Monash, Yarra Ranges, Knox and Maroondah. Programs: Opening Doors Bolton Clarke (Royal District Nursing Service), Homeless Persons Program The SalvoCare Eastern AOD Care and Recovery Service
