Crisis support
Our Crisis housing support program has access to 3 properties for those who are 15 years old and over and who are in housing crisis. You can stay in one of these properties for a period of up to 13 nights. While you are there the crisis housing support worker will work with you to help you with any immediate needs you may have and to help you find other accommodation. Your crisis accommodation stay may be extended to 60 days if you are still working with your support worker to find other accommodation. Referral to the crisis support program is via the Homelessness Access Point.
Rural outreach support
Outreach support is offered to individuals and families, 25 years and over, within the shires of Horsham, West Wimmera, Hindmarsh and Yarriambiack who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. In the rural outreach program a support worker will work with you to develop a support plan aimed at assisting you to find affordable and secure accommodation. Your support worker will help you to achieve your support plan goals. Referral to the rural outreach support program is via the Homelessness Access Point.
Tenancy and property management SalvoConnect Horsham is responsible for the tenancy and property management of all Horsham SalvoConnect properties.
