Court and Prison Chaplaincy

For whatever reason you may be at court, Chaplaincy services offer you both practical and emotional assistance.  Our service is free and our staff are trained to assist you to ensure your visit to court is as easily understood and as non-threatening as possible.  We are not lawyers and cannot offer you legal advice.

How Court & Prison Chaplains can help:

We act as a friend; available to help you in the court process by

  • Listening to your concerns
  • Explaining the court process
  • Offering emotional and spiritual support
  • Providing referral and practical assistance
  • Contacting and supporting family members and significant others
