Project One
New crisis accommodation and support facilities for people escaping family violence. The project sees three x 3-bedroom units and three x 2-bedroom units under the NSW Core & Cluster Program in conjunction with TSA Family Violence Stream.

Project Two
A NSW Core & Cluster Program in conjunction with TSA Family Violence will produce seven apartments as a family violence refuge - one x 4-bedroom, three x 3-bedroom, and three x 2- bedroom apartments.
- Outcome: One x 4-bedroom, three x 3-bedroom, and three x2-bedroom apartments
- Cost: $5.9 million
- Due date of completion: September 2026

Project Three
A NSW Core & Cluster Program in conjunction with TSA Family Violence will produce nine x 2-bedroom apartments, purpose built as a family violence refuge, inclusive of a program office for staff.
- Outcome: Nine x 2-bedroom apartments and office building
- Cost: $7.4 million
- Due date of completion: August 2026
