I am contacting you because I am very distressed and disappointed as I received a phone call this morning at 7am from a very rude lady from your store to informing me the shelves I purchased yesterday for ten dollars that I paid for and that I have a receipt for she would not deliver to me as they are 70 dollars. This is not acceptable to me as I purchased them in good faith as ten dollars as per price ticket and as I informed the lady this morning I am expecting to receive them today as promised by your store yesterday I am very upset over this and will be forced to take it further. Had I had taken them home yesterday with me would that rude lady have phoned wanting them back honestly it is against the law to sell something and then phone and want another increased price hoping you can understand my distress
