TYGA is a group of young adults who have lived in Out of Home Care. They utilise their personal experience to advocate for the young people currently in Out of Home Care.
TYGA members are passionate about improving "the system" for others like them.
Privacy laws mean minors in Out of Home Care can't share stories that might allow others to identify them. For a group of people already limited in their ability advocate for themselves, this situation only serves to silence them further.
TYGA is their voice.
