  • Worship Service

    A vibrant worship experience for the whole family, celebrating God through scripture, song and sermon.

    Sundays 9:30am and 11am. Check website for changes to times

  • Kids Church

    An age appropriate and fun worship experience for Primary-school aged children, learning about and celebrating God through play, games, scripture and songs. Please check the childrens page for school holiday changes.

  • Corps Cadets

    Weekly gathering including study and activity for High School aged youth. Our aim is to develop young people in their own faith and aid them in their understanding of the unique place and role of The Salvation Army. The studies involve a broad range of subjects such as living skills, development of their personal Christian faith, The Salvation Army distinctives and foundational Bible truth.

  • mainly music

    mainly music provides music, rhythm, rhyme, and other music related activities with the participation of a parent or primary caregiver for preschool children.

  • Worship Band

    Music and singing is a vital part of Salvation Army worship. This group provides musical leadership and accompaniment to congregational singing within the 9:30am Worship Service.

  • Brass Band

    Long associated with The Salvation Army is the Brass Band playing music in groups in the streets and also providing musical accompaniment and contributions in the 11am Worship Service.

  • Choir Songsters

    Music and singing is a vital part of The Salvation Army Worship and this group provides musical contributions to our 11am Worship Service through song.

  • Timbrels

    The Timbrel is a well-known icon of The Salvation Army and is used as an instrument of praise to God during our Worship Services and as a means of attracting peoples attention in the streets and shopping centres.

  • Companion Club

    A social gathering for over 50's where friendship is shared through activities such as indoor lawn bowls, line dancing, board games, guest speakers and morning tea.

  • Community Support Services

    The Community Service Centre provides emergency relief in the form of food parcels, assistance with utility bills and provision of Salvo Store vouchers.

    Tuesday and Wednesday 1-3pm; Fridays 10am-12pm. By Appointment.

  • Playgroups

    A warm caring environment where children learn and develop physically, socially and emotionally whilst parents share together and develop friendships and support networks.

    Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30-11:30am. Contact Office for more information regarding Waiting list.

  • Home League

    A place where women can share together, learn new things and help others. We have morning tea together and then enjoy topical speakers and also the occasional outing.

    Wednesday 10-11:30am

  • Triple B's

    A support group for women whose lives have been touched by Breast Cancer. Contact Office for more information.

    1st Wednesday per month 2:30pm

  • Patchwork

    A welcoming place where women with an interest in patchwork can come together to learn new skills, enjoy friendship, share life and be encouraged. Ph:9803 2587

    1st and 3rd Thursday per month 7:30-10pm

  • Friday Youth

    Activities for High-School aged youth, involving games, theme nights, outings and a great environment to build friendships. Enquire re location at the Office.

  • Young Adults

    Social get togethers including dinners, discussions, movie nights and opportunity to build friendships.

  • Small Group

    Meeting together in small groups to discuss and study the Bible, to share with and encourage each other, is an important part of our lives as a Church community.

  • Friday Community Lunch

    A free 2-course lunch, open to everyone where delicious food and great company is shared.

  • Cricket

    We have a senior team in the Eastern Cricket Association.

  • Girls Breakfast

  • Positive Lifestyle Program

    The programme aims to increase participant's quality of life through one-on-one appointments between participants and facilitators. Individual work through ten psycho-educational booklets.

  • Salvos Caring

    This group exists to express the love of Jesus in a practical way by reaching out to the lonely and hurting in our community, primarily through local Nursing Homes.
