Asset Management

The Asset Management stream supports SASHS programs by efficiently managing areas such as property management of the SASHS office sites, fleet management, IT, as well as the procurement of furniture, hardware supplies and other goods.

Because of the work of the Asset Management Team, SASHS is recognised by DHS Housing as a registered contractor.

All building repairs are coordinated by the team in collaboration with DHS and 99% of lock smithing is provided ‘in-house’. A truck has been purchased to service the Network which reduces removal costs for clients and programs.

Furniture for SASHS programs is made to design and put together in the SASHS workshop. White goods and small electrical products are bought in bulk and all testing and tagging of electrical equipment can be undertaken by the Asset Management Team.
