Oasis is a Bible discovery curriculum for ages 7 to 11 years that is contemporary and fun.
Kids love it, It uses DVD interspersed with face to face learning. It has an easy-to-follow structure. Oasis seeks to help children meet, experience and walk daily with Jesus.
There are three parts to OASIS. Each takes 3 weeks. The nine weeks culminate in the Oasis Celebration (Week 10) when the children minister at either a church service or week-day evening.
There are 14 topics to choose from and each Oasis pack has:-
- Leader's Manual
- Mission Manual
- Discipling Manual
- Creative Ministry Manual
- DVD or Video Cassette : leader's and children's video segments
- Enhanced CD - with songs for your CD player, and the manuals for your computer

Some corps love using MAX 7 – these resources are on the internet and are free of charge. www.max7.org
The Max7 website features a variety of Bible resources including curriculum, videos, music, and training materials for use through children’s ministry, sports or creative ministry, helping children live life to the MAX, 7 days a week with Jesus – the life described in John 10:10.
There is an easy-to-use search function the website allows users to find resources relating to a Bible verse or keyword. There are 7 different ideas given on how to… welcome children, explore a Bible story, reinforce a Bible passage, ask questions, transition between activities, memorize Scripture, pray with children and dismiss the children at the end of the lesson.
The 7 ideas in each section are numbered but not ordered. The leader/s may pick and choose activities that will suit the group of children, the leaders and the space and resources available. The leader would only choose one or two activities from each of the 7 ideas. These activities would be put together into a BibleMax lesson plan to make the finished Bible lesson. It provides flexibility to make the lesson as you need it.

www.sermons4kids.com has Lessons, puzzle pages, word searches, quizzes, colouring pages,
some lessons use ppt to teach the story. interactive group activities. (I really like these ideas)
These lessons were recommended to me, mainly because it is easy to use in terms of emailing the lessons and activities each week to her children’s ministry workers.
