Every Sunday we hold a morning and afternoon meeting (church services) which are open to anyone who is interested in experiencing The Salvation Army’s unique style of Christian worship. Farsi is predominately for Farsi speaking Christians.
We also periodically hold discussion groups on spirituality and the Christian faith, as well as conducting weddings, funerals and child dedications by appointment.
The Farsi Faith Fellowship
The Farsi Faith Fellowship is a dynamic Christian congregation for all people who speak Farsi or Dari. Worship services are in Farsi and English with Farsi songs. Afternoon tea follows the service with Persian tea and warm fellowship. Started in June 2015 the FFF continues to grow, with new members, new adherents and new soldiers. Meetings are led by Major Colin Elkington and Ministry Assistant Kevin Amiri. Also offered are Christianity Explained classes, Discipleship classes and Bible studies in either Farsi or English.
