• Emergency relief, material aid, advocacy, referral and support to people in personal and financial crisis.
  
• Group programmes addressing general life skills.
  
• Assistance to people in need at Christmas. Applications are available from November 1st each year.
  
• Assessments for the No Interest Loan Scheme.

  • Employment Training Programmes
  • Family Tracing

• Your Health Care Card, Pension Card or other identification that shows your current residential address
  
• A current Income Statement for everyone in your household. Income Statements are available from any office of Centrelink
  
• If you are seeking help with payment of your telephone account you need a current Telstra Account in your own name
  
• Other documents relevant to your application for assistance.
