The SAES recently provided catering over a 48 hour period for a Urban Search And Rescue (USAR) exercise. This exercise was managed by the Metropolitan Fire Service (MFS)

The pictures show part of the exercise and the new SAES catering truck on site.

A SAES team from Peterborough assisted with the catering to give them some experience with working with a large catering truck.
