Salvos' School Presentations

We engage with young people by offering programs and workshops to students in both primary and high schools to raise their awareness of social justice issues and the work of The Salvation Army.

The programs and workshops will empower the next generation to consider the impact social justice issues have on our local community.

Primary Schools

A Salvos' School Speaker can attend your school and give a short presentation based on a Level 1 reader The Stone Soup.   The students are also engaged in a fun and interactive role playing activity.

Our representative can also present on issues such as youth homelessness and social justice matters that are age appropriate and relate to the local Adelaide community.

High Schools that raise $500 or more are invited to attend a unuique and specialised Salvos' City School Tour experience.    The tour is an interactive and unique city experience that relates to the Year 10 Citizenship Capabilities of their Personal Learn Plan (PLP)
