Avon Valley Ministry
We gather together as a community weekly, providing a vibrant worship experience for the whole family, celebrating God through scripture, song and sermon. Any and all are welcome to join us.
If you are in need of assistance we invite you to contact our Community Support Services. We realise that it is often difficult to ask for help, and for each genuine inquiry, we strive to find a way to assist.
We have various small groups at The Salvation Army, ranging from relaxed life groups, through to traditional bible study.
Our Salvation Army Thrift Shop sells preloved clothing, bric-a-brac, CDs, DVDs and more. It services a wide variety of customers, at very reasonable prices.
We exist to facilitate peer support for mums, dads, grandparents and anyone caring for people with a disability.
The Positive Lifestyle Program is a non-invasive, non-judgmental way, encourages participants to consider the following aspects of their lives: self-awareness, anger, depression, stress, loneliness, grief and loss, problem solving, assertiveness, self-esteem, and goal setting.
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.
