The Salvation Army's Case Management Service (CMS) provides contracted case management for young people across Westcare's residential programs.

CMS work with the young person in the context of their family who continue to be an important part of the young person's future. The Case Managers provide or link the young person with outreach, proactive casework, group work, strong advocacy and counselling and as identified within the protective case plan.

DHS funding agreements determine that this service case manages 16 of the 33 young people placed in Westcare Residential Services.
