Homeless Outreach Project (HOP)

The Salvation Army EastCare’s Homelessness Programs provide assertive outreach support to consumers who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness and who may have a range of disabilities.

 Target Group:

  • Acquired Brain Injury
  • Mental Health
  • Drug & Alcohol
  • Frail Aged

  • Advocacy
  • Information
  • Practical Assistance

  • Chaplaincy
  • A RDNS nurse from the Homeless Persons Program is co-located with this service

 

Psychiatric Disability Rehabilitation Support Services (PDRSS)

PDRSS responds to the needs of people within the City of Boroondara, This program provides intensive support to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who are living with mental illness.
