Crossroads Youth & Family Services offers a range of youth programs across the Northern Region of Melbourne. Our Youth Service programs support the needs of young people who are at risk, disengaged and vulnerable or who are homeless.
Crossroads values our young people and supports every young person to reach his or her potential. We offer opportunities for young people to improve their life and situation, to build resilience, engage with education and training opportunities, improve their social networks and become active participants in their community. We also offer opportunities to have fun through group work and recreational activities.
Our Youth Support and Development programs focus on early intervention and prevention through the Reconnect, Springboard, Youth Connections, Young Parent and Indigenous Youth and Families Case Management programs.
Youth Housing and Support programs focus on advocacy, support and development and the provision of housing for homeless youth through our Statewide Youth Refuge, Next Level Program (Leaving Care) and Crossroads Creating Connections (Intensive Case Management Service).
