For 7 days and 7 nights in January, 600 delegates from across the Southern Territory and New Zealand converged on Melbourne High School for the ‘Insane’ conference. Participating in Bible studies, competitions, creative arts workshops and electives designed to stretch their minds, many memorable moments were had and friendships developed. In addition, delegates and leaders took part in marches and rallies around Federation Square to raise awareness of Human Trafficking. The conference provided a fantastic experience for all involved with over 100 people making first time decisions to become a Christian and over 60 more making a recommitment or enquiring about becoming a soldier of The Salvation Army. |
