How reports are handled 

The Salvation Army's Centre for Restoration exists to help people who wish to bring a grievance against The Salvation Army - Australia Eastern Territory for abuse suffered. When responding to allegations the CFR operates on the premise that all persons are entitled to:

  • Be treated with dignity and respect
  • Privacy and confidentiality
  • Due process
  • Receive efficient, prompt and timely service
