There are 2 significant components for the Growing Healthy Corps Network:
1. Cluster meetings Pilots have been set up and are operating in all divisions and there is a cluster for chinese speaking officers. The cluster model sees Officers meeting together in the morning for intentional teaching on Leadership and Corps Health matters, followed by a fellowship lunch, and in the afternoon a time of personal devotion and reflection. Corps Consultations are an important component of the Growing Healthy Corps Network. To date consultations have been held at the Werribee, Warrnambool, Golden Grove, Freeway, Marion, Box Hill and Norwood Corps. The feedback from these consultations has been extremely positive. They are challenging, and require serious commitment from the Corps Officers, the corps leadership team, and the corporate body of the corps. It is my goal that these pages will be a resource for us all as we deliver the mission of The Salvation Army.
